No, to find and suggest awesome deals for you, we need to know who you are and what you like.
- Why do you need my location?
We suggest deals based on your location for you to have a seamless experience. But you can also choose a deal anywhere in the city or country.

- How do I go about finding the right deal for me?
We have various filters of price, popularity, customer rating, discount and distance. Please feel free to play around with them to find a best suited deal for you. You can also search for what you’re looking for by using the Search tab.
- Do you provide deals only for services or products too?
As of now we are providing deals for various services like food, stay, wellness, fitness, workshops and movies. We constantly endeavour to keep adding more Fantastic Deals.
- Are there any hidden conditions?
No, we believe in complete transparency. We advise you to read the expiry date and terms & conditions of the deal carefully.
- I have a query about the Merchant. Where should I ask?
Please go to the merchant page and select - Questions About This Merchant. Once your query is submitted here, our team will get in touch with you within 78 hours
- Will I be billed as soon as I book a deal?
You can pay for the deals in two ways, "Pay full amount" on the website or app or "Pay –at the counter with Zipzapdeals card rest of the amount to the merchant directly when you visit. The mode of payment is merchant specific.
- Can I pay in cash and still be able to book a deal?
No as off now.
- Are there any taxes applicable over and above the price mentioned for the deals?
No, the amount is inclusive of all taxes.
- Is making payment to safe?
Yes, we use a secured gateway for payment.
- What is the preferred mode of making payment on the website or app for buying a deal?

- What do I do if the merchant asks for extra money when I reach the venue to avail it?
We would request you to write back to us if you face such situation, to help us take necessary action. Nevertheless, a good service can be rewarded with a smile or tip. Please choose your way.
- How will I get a confirmation once I buy a deal?
Once the deal is confirmed it will show in your “ Deals". Please go through all the terms and conditions again and do not click on "Use the deal" option, unless and until you are in front of the merchant to avail the service/deal at the venue.
- How do I redeem a deal that I’ve bought through Zipzapdeals?
You need to go to the app/website and click on Deals", you will find all the deals purchased by you. All the deals will have the respective booking and expiry date. You can click on the deal to read the terms and conditions. Show the order code/QR code to the merchant to redeem the deal.
- What do I do if I don't see a deal under in "My Deals" in the app/website?
Please check whether the amount has been deducted from your wallet/card/bank account. If no, then please try booking the deal again. Else select the option on which you need assistance at Support and follow the instructions to submit your query
- Do I need to take a print out of it?

- Are the deals time bound or I can go avail them anytime?
Yes, the deals are for a limited period. Please read the expiry date carefully. All purchased deals have the respective booking and expiry date.
- Is the reservation or the booking taken care byZipzapdeals?
No. Please call the respective merchant and take a prior appointment to avoid any hassle.
- Do I need to take a prior appointment at the venue after taking the deal?
Yes, it will help you and the merchant to plan and schedule your booking so that your visit is hassle free.
- What if the merchant refuses to honour my deal?
Go to the My Orders section and select 'View Order Details' for your order. Please select 'Problems with this order' section and select the option on which you need assistance and follow the instructions
- Do I get an alert before my voucher is about to expire?
Your order page will have the booking and expiry date with the respective deals. Please go to the deals section and be on time for availing your awesome purchases.
- Can I cancel the deal after making a booking at the wellness centre?
Once you've made a booking with the wellness centre, the cancellation and refund will be as per the policy of the wellness centre.
- How can I cancel the deal?
Visit 'My Orders --> My Deals --> and select the Order which you want to cancel. Select 'Problems with this order' section and select the option on which you need assistance and follow the instructions
- Once I cancel, how will I get my refund?
Once you cancel your order, we will refund the amount to your wallet or account within 78 hours.
